One-stop Service

Client Requirement Analysis

We work closely with you to understand your application, impact conditions, protection requirements, certification standards, product dimensions, budget and timeline. Based on these discussions, we define clear technical requirements and agree on how the product will be evaluated before development begins.

ESPRO® Custom Formula R&D

Based on the agreed technical requirements, our material engineering team adjusts ESPRO®’s formulation. We focus on key properties such as impact energy absorption, Shore hardness, flexibility, rebound and performance under different temperatures and environmental conditions. Small lab batches are then prepared and tested to see how well the material meets your requirements.

OEM/ODM Rapid Prototyping

We turn 2D drawings or 3D design concepts into physical prototypes through rapid prototyping. Each prototype is evaluated for fit, ergonomic comfort, assembly compatibility and basic functionality, with preliminary impact tests conducted where needed. The results help identify and address potential design issues before investing in tooling.

Mold Design & 3D Printing

We refine the part design by adjusting wall thickness, rounded edges, draft angles and gate positions to suit the molding process. We also check whether the part can be easily removed from the mold, and review material flow and shrinkage during production. 3D-printed prototypes help us identify and correct design issues before finalizing the design for mold making.

Quality Testing & Certification

We conduct a range of tests in accordance with applicable standards, including impact performance, density, hardness, tensile strength, and other relevant properties. All test results are documented and traceable. When required, we can also coordinate sample submission to authorized third-party laboratories for testing and certification reports.

Mass Production & Delivery

After design approval and sample confirmation, we conduct trial production to refine processes and check product consistency before mass production. During production, we inspect incoming materials, monitor key processes, and carry out final inspections. We also arrange packaging and delivery based on your schedule and provide technical support after delivery.
